To join a virtual appointment from online banking:

1. Log in before your appointment is scheduled
2. A prompt to Join your virtual appointment will appear on your screen
3. Select the prompt to join

You can also find the link to join where you manage appointments:

1. From the profile menu, select Contact us
2. Select Book or manage an appointment
3. You’ll see your appointment details along with an option to Join at the time of your appointment

For any of these options, you can join up to 5 minutes before your appointment to set up and prepare.
