To see the date and time for your virtual appointment, and the advisor you’ll be meeting with, you can:

1. Check the Online Appointment Booking section

From the contact page of the app or online banking, you can select Book or manage an appointment to view your appointment details. You can also contact your advisor or request to cancel your meeting there.

2. Review your confirmation email

When your appointment was booked, you should have received an email confirmation that includes instructions on how to join the appointment. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
