When you add a user, or recover a user's access in ScotiaConnect an authorization code will be generated. You need to share this code with the user so they can finish the process.

This flow will vary based on your version of ScotiaConnect.

1. Go to Administration
2. Click User Information or User & Company Permissions.
3. Click on the user's name. Their authorization code will be show on the details page.
