What different registration emails can I get?
For every Scotiabank business banking product and/or service you are granted permission to access, you will receive one or more emails to gain access.
Note that each product and service has its own set of users and entitlements.
Here is a list of products and services and the corresponding emails to expect:
ScotiaConnect* –You will receive a system generated email with a reference number. You must also obtain your Authorization code or Secret Word from the Scotiabank contact who helped you enroll or the person at your company who added you to the service.
Centresuite – You will receive a system generated email containing your user ID and temporary password
Wholesale Lockbox* – Welcome email sent by Scotiabank that contains initial user’s login credentials.
Electronic Cheque Services* – Welcome email sent by Scotiabank that contains initial user’s login credentials.
Electronic Cheque Services for Clearthrough Accounts* – Welcome email sent by Scotiabank that contains initial user’s login credentials. System generated email also sent containing company ID and Authorization Code used after entering ID and Password during first login.
Government taxes – Email sent by Scotiabank that contains user’s login credentials.
Northbound Lockbox – Welcome email sent by Scotiabank that contains username. System generated email provides temporary password
*Additional users are added by users with access to administration who must share the relevant credentials.
