How do I reset a password for one of my users?
If you have access to administration on ScotiaConnect, you can reset other users’ passwords.
This flow will vary based on your ScotiaConnect setup.
- Go to Administration.
- Select User Information OR User and Company Permissions
- You will see all your company's users listed. Click on the name of the user who needs to be reset.
- Click 'Recover Credentials' and specify if you are recovering their password their security questions or both and click 'Continue'.
- Enter your password and token value then click 'Sign & Submit'.
Note the authorization code, you will need to provide it to the user you are recovering.
