If you’re not seeing your credit score, first check to see if you’re registered for the service. To do that online, from your Accounts page, select See your credit score.

If you are registered for TransUnion and are still unable view your TransUnion Credit Score through our online banking service or mobile banking app, please call TransUnion at 1-844-580-9978.

TransUnion Credit Score is currently only available to our personal Scotiabank customers, not our small business or commercial customers.
