One of cards declined while processing a transaction; how do I view the reason for the decline in CentreSuite?

If a card has been declined at point of sale, coordinators can see the transaction details and decline reason via CentreSuite.

  1. Log into CentreSuite.
  2. Click on the Accounts heading, then click on View Authorization Requests.
  3. Enter the card details or simply click Search to view a complete list of available cards.
  4. Click on the Account Number.
  5. The resulting page will provide a list of transactions. By default, you will see a list of all available transactions.
  6. You can use the filters to narrow your search. Once you’ve selected your date range, click the Search button. The declined transaction will appear in this list with a “Declined” status.
  7. Click on the ellipses (three dots) on the far left of the transaction to view the decline reason. (It will appear on the right).
