How do I unlock my profile and/or reset my password for CentreSuite?
Three or more unsuccessful attempts to log into CentreSuite will automatically lock you out.
- Click the Reset Password and/or Locked Account? Link on the top right corner of the CentreSuite log in page.
- Enter your User ID and email address.
- You will receive an email with a one-time passcode. Return to the webpage and enter the code.
- Confirm the reset/unlock and you’ll receive an email with a reset link.
- Click the link and create a new password. Type the new password twice, provide a hint
- Click submit.
