Three or more unsuccessful attempts to log into CentreSuite will automatically lock you out.

1. Click the Reset Password and/or Locked Account? Link on the top right corner of the CentreSuite log in page.
2. Enter your User ID and email address.
3. You will receive an email with a one-time passcode. Return to the webpage and enter the code.
4. Confirm the reset/unlock and you’ll receive an email with a reset link.
5. Click the link and create a new password. Type the new password twice, provide a hint
6. Click submit.
