How will I be notified about changes to my Scotia Household?
All changes in a household will be communicated by email or text message. Hosts are notified of new requests to join the household. Members are notified whenever the host makes a change to the household.
If there isn’t an email address attached to your Scotiabank account, we'll use the mobile phone number on file. If both are unavailable, we won’t be able to communicate changes to your household.
