How do I find and share my Scotia Household code with members?  

If you've already created a household and want to invite a member, please follow these steps:   

  1. Sign in to the mobile app, select the More icon, and then select Profile and settings   
  2. Select Households from the profile and settings page   
  3. Select Settings in the Household profile page  
  4. Select Copy invite and paste the message in your preferred channel (e.g. text message or WhatsApp) to share — the message includes your household code with instructions for Scotiabank customers and members new to Scotiabank
  5. Once a new member joins your household, please sign in to your household and select Pending requests or Settings to approve the member’s enrollment by selecting Confirm   

If you haven't created a household yet, here's how:   

  1. Sign in to the mobile app, select the More icon, and then select Profile and settings   
  2. Select Households  
  3. Once you're in the Scotia Households experience, select Create household   
  4. The household code will be automatically generated so you can copy the code to your mobile device and share it with new members  

You’ll get email or text message notification when an invitation has been sent to a member to join your household.
