Why can’t I enrol purchases or cancel my installment plan on my statement date?

You're not able to enrol or cancel a Scotia SelectPay™ installment plan on your statement date due to technical limitations. You'll need to wait until the next business day. This includes when your eligible purchase is posted on your Scotiabank credit card account the same day as your credit card’s statement date. In that case, that eligible purchase can only be enrolled to an installment plan on the next business day after your statement date.

Please check the Eligible Purchases tab in the mobile banking app to see how long your purchases are eligible to convert into a Scotia SelectPay installment plan.
