What happens if I can't find the user I want to clone in ScotiaConnect?
When searching for a user, you can filter the search by any of the following information:
- First name and/or Last name
- Identification Number
When searching for a user, you can select the type of data you want to search, but it is important to verify that the information entered is correct. If the user is not found, it is recommended that you return to the User page in the side menu of the Administrator section and search for the user there, to confirm that the user was previously created and the information is correct.
