What happens if I change pages and the file has not finished uploading to ScotiaConnect?

If the file upload is stopped on the progress bar page in step 1: The file upload process will continue in the background and the user will see the file in the UPLOADING status on the bulk home page of the service.

Once the file upload process is completed in the system, the UPLOADING status will change to TO BE COMPLETED if the upload was successful and you can complete the process by clicking "TO BE COMPLETED", or it will change to FAILED status if the file upload has failed for some reason; in such case the system will display a red banner clarifying the error that has occurred, and it is necessary to pay attention to the message to identify the problem and make the necessary correction.
