What are Alerts in ScotiaConnect?
Alerts are triggers that notify you when various events occur in ScotiaConnect. The notification can either be viewed in ScotiaConnect by clicking the bell icon or sent as an email. There are two types of Alerts in ScotiaConnect; Standard and Custom.
Standard Alerts: Available by default based on the services your company has subscribed to. Custom Alerts: Created by individual users to notify them when specific actions occur in ScotiaConnect.
