How do I create a custom alert?
You can add custom alerts, so you’re notified when certain activities happen on ScotiaConnect.
To add custom alerts:
- Click the Alerts bell icon at the top of ScotiaConnect.
- Click Manage my alerts.
- Click Add Alert
From here, you can set up various types of alerts:
- Balance thresholds (e.g., an account is above or below a certain amount)
- Transaction (e.g., you’ve received a wire payment)
- Service notifications (e.g., you have payments awaiting your approval)
