The payment did not go through in ScotiaConnect, what can I do?

To verify the status of a payment and/or transfer in ScotiaConnect, go to: https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

  1. Login with your username, password and assigned Token.
  2. Upon successful login you will be taken to the ScotiaConnect home page, select the "Payments and Transfers" option
  3. Select "Transaction inquiries" and then "Done"
  4. Here you will be able to see all the individual and bulk transactions, you will be able to see the status of the payment and check the transaction details.
