The Bulk home page has the following statuses for the file:

1) UPLOADED: this is the status of the file when the file has been successfully sent to downstream systems for processing.

2) TO BE COMPLETED: this is the status of the file when the file has been successfully uploaded in step 1 and the user has not completed the file upload in step 2 (the user has not clicked the "Completar carga de archivo" [Complete File Upload] button).

3) FAILED: this is the status of the file when the upload failed in step 1 due to some problem in the file or some system problem.

4) UPLOADING: this is the status of the file when the user has left the flow on the progress bar page of step 1 and the file upload is still in progress.
