My recipient did not receive their wire
The first thing to do in this situation is to check to see if the funds have left your account.
If you do see the funds leaving your account you can send a query memo to request an investigation be initiated.
Go to the payments page and select the 'Wire Memos' option. Click 'Create Memo' and select the memo type 'Query' and provide the ICN (starts with CA) then click 'Load Payment Data' enter the details of your request and then you can then save and send the memo.
