If I have Scotia Visa Balance Protection or Scotia Credit Card Protection insurance on my credit card, does having a Scotia SelectPay Installment Plan affect my claim benefit?
No, having an installment plan does not affect your creditor insurance claim benefit.
Please note that insurance claim benefits are separate and distinct from the installment plan payments.
Customers are still required, as always, to ensure that their credit card payment obligations (including any installment plan payments) are made throughout the duration of the claim.
