To give access to a user, log in to ScotiaConnect with the following link:
https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:

• Users
• User group
• Company

1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
2. Select "Crear Usuario" (Create User).
