To open Customer Admin, log in to ScotiaConnect using the following link:
https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
2. Upon successful login, you will be taken to the ScotiaConnect home page; select the “Admin” option located on the top right hand side.
3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:

• Users
• User group
• Company

Note: Customer Admin is only enabled for administrator users.
