File uploads can take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the size of the file.

After 120 seconds, a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to stay on the progress page or leave the process. If the process takes longer than expected, you will be automatically redirected to the bulk start page of the service. Either way, the file upload process will continue on the system. The file will change to UPLOADING status, and once the file upload process is completed, the UPLOADING status will change to TO BE COMPLETED if the upload was successful and you can complete the process by clicking "TO BE COMPLETED", or it will change to FAILED status if the file upload has failed for some reason.

In such case the system will display a red banner clarifying the error that has occurred, and it is necessary to pay attention to the message to identify the problem and make the necessary correction.
