How do I trace an EFT Payment?
Your recipients may ask you to verify that an EFT has been processed. If you need to trace an EFT that you’ve sent out, you'll find an EFT Trace link under Payments. You can initiate a trace on EFTs up to 90 days after the payment due date. To trace EFTs older than 90 days, please contact the Technical Support Helpdesk at 1-800-265-5613
