How do I reset a password for a user in ScotiaConnect?

To reset a user’s password, log in to ScotiaConnect with the following link: https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

  1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
  3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
  • Users
  • User group
  • Company
  1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the user for which you want to generate the process.
  3. Select "Generar palabra secreta" (generate secret word) and "Solicitar número de referencia" (request reference number). The user must register with this information to regain access.
