How do I reset a password for a user in ScotiaConnect?
To reset a user’s password, log in to ScotiaConnect with the following link: https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO
- Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
- On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
- Users
- User group
- Company
- Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
- Select the user for which you want to generate the process.
- Select "Generar palabra secreta" (generate secret word) and "Solicitar número de referencia" (request reference number). The user must register with this information to regain access.
