How do I get notifications about my account(s)?
Scotia InfoAlerts will keep you updated through email and app notifications. To sign up for Scotia InfoAlerts:
- From your Accounts page, select Manage My Accounts
- Select Alerts and choose the notifications you'd like to receive based on your personal preferences
The first time you set up alerts you should receive an introductory email or text within the hour, but it may take up to 24 hours before the alerts you requested go into effect. Balance alerts arrive daily, and overdraft alerts only arrive if your account goes into overdraft.

What notifications will I receive when I subscribe to Scotia InfoAlerts?
Can I change the amount at which I’d like to receive Balance Alerts? For example, instead of $100 can I receive them at $250?
