How do I edit my ScotiaConnect password?
Contact your ScotiaConnect platform administrator to start the process to reset the password. You will receive a secret word and a reference number that will be required to select the “Register now” option.
If you are the sole administrator for the banking service, it will be necessary to contact the call centre: 55 5728 1262 and 55 5728 1205.
Secret word: Is a word that will be received via a text message to your cell phone registered with your bank.
Reference number: Is a number that will be received via email previously registered with your bank.
Token: It can be a physical security device (Hard Token) or a digital token (Soft Token).
