How do I reset the password for one of my users in ScotiaConnect?

  1. Once logged in to ScotiaConnect, select the "Admin" option from the top right menu.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select the "Usuarios" (Users) option and select the user.
  3. Click the name and the user details are displayed.
  4. Select the “Generar Palabra secreta” (Generate secret word) option and “Solicitar Número de Referencia” (Request Reference Number).

If you are the sole administrator for the banking service, it will be necessary to contact the call centre: 55 5728 1262 and 55 5728 1205.
