How do I dispute a transaction on my account?
If you were charged for merchandise you didn’t receive or for services not received on or after the service date, it’s a good idea to contact the merchant directly to try and resolve the issue before initiating a dispute.
If you can't reach a resolution with the merchant, please have the following information ready when you call us:
- expected date of service
- the date of last merchant contact
- contact method and merchant response
- details of the charge from the invoice or airline itinerary
For day-to-day bank account transactions or charges, call 1-800-472-6842.
For credit card transactions or charges, call 1-800-504-0716 (Monday-Friday from 8 am - 8 pm EST).
