How do I create an admin user in ScotiaConnect?

To give access to a user, log in to ScotiaConnect with the following link:
https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

  1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
  3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
  • Users
  • User group
  • Company
  1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.

When the user is created, the user type is assigned and the user can be defined as an admin user.
