After you submit your Merchant Services‡ application, you’ll receive an email from Scotiabank to confirm your application was received by Chase Payment Solutions (Chase). You’ll also get a link to complete your application in the Chase Commerce Center, where you’ll be asked to complete a few additional steps.

Your application will be considered complete when you’ve finished all the steps in Chase Commerce Center. 

Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your application to be processed. Once it’s been processed, you’ll get an email from Chase with your approval status and next steps.

You can also track your application status in Chase Commerce Center by logging into your Scotiabank app or online banking accounts. During processing, you may be asked to submit additional documents, so please monitor your email for these requests.
