You can change your PIN for your Scotiabank Visa or American Express credit card or ScotiaLine access card.

To change your PIN:

1. Sign in and select your card from the home screen
2. Under Manage, select Account Settings
3. Select Account Management
4. Select Change card PIN
5. Follow the steps to change your PIN and select Continue

Please note: To complete your PIN change, you may need to enter your PIN up to 3 times at a store checkout, or at a non-Scotiabank ABM. A PIN failed message may appear, but your PIN should be changed by the third attempt.

To manage a Scotiabank Mastercard PIN, please have your card available and call 1-888-566-5609.

To change the PIN for your debit card, visit a branch or ABM with your card. You can also create or change a credit card PIN at a branch or ABM.
