• OVERLIMIT: Occurs when a transaction is made that exceeds the available credit limit.

• PAYEE: group designated to receive a payroll and or vendor payment.
• PAYROLL: Payment made to employees for services rendered to the company.
• PAYMENT TO SUPPLIERS: Payment to third parties for services and/or products purchased by the company in the course of its activities.
