How do I dispute a transaction on my account?
If you were charged for merchandise you didn’t receive or for services not received on or after the service date, contact the merchant directly to try and resolve the issue before initiating a dispute.

If you can't reach a resolution with the merchant, please have the following information ready:
- expected date of service
- the date of last merchant contact
- contact method and merchant response
- details of the charge from the invoice or airline itinerary
