What can I do if items I ordered turn out to be counterfeit?
If you’ve received counterfeit merchandise, please gather the following information before starting a digital dispute through the app:
- Merchant name
 - Purchase date
 - Purchase amount

It’s also important to contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre to report the counterfeit merchandise.
