You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer if it hasn't already been deposited into the contact’s account. If the person you're sending your e-Transfer to has autodeposit, however, it's not possible to cancel the transfer.

To cancel the transfer:

From your Accounts page, select Move money
Select Interac e-Transfer
Select Transfer history from the Transfer menu
Find the transaction you want to cancel in the Pending section
Select the arrow to access details
Select Cancel Transfer
