To withdraw cash from your TFSA:

1. Go to Move money
2. Select Transfer between accounts
3. Select the account you want to withdraw from, then the amount
4. Select the account you want to transfer to

Withdrawal from RRSP or other registered accounts isn't available in new online experience at this time. You can make these transfers in the classic online experience by selecting the Go to classic view link on the right side of the home page or Account Summary page.
