The primary cardholder or co-borrower will need to activate the supplementary card.

Visa and American Express cards:

• Activate online: follow the steps on our online activation page
• Make an in-store purchase: insert your card and enter your PIN (check the sticker on your card for eligibility)

Mastercard:

• Activate on the phone: call 1-866-583-6289

Once activated, you can use your card right away.

Note: If a new credit card and supplementary card were requested at the same time, both cards will be activated once the primary cardholder activates their new credit card.
