Why was my installment plan declined or why am I no longer eligible for Scotia SelectPay?
The reasons why a Scotia SelectPay™ Installment Plan could be declined or you’re no longer eligible are:
- A change in your Scotiabank credit card account type which could happen if you’ve changed your credit card to one that is not eligible for installment plans.
- Your account has been closed.
- Your account is currently overdue, meaning that you have past due balances that you didn’t pay off previously.
- You’ve moved to Quebec. At this time, we do not offer Scotia SelectPay Installment Plans to Quebec residents.
