Why is the Scotia iTRADE mobile app prompting me to change my password?

If there are more than three incorrect sign-in attempts, you’ll be locked out of the Scotia iTRADE mobile app and will need a password reset.

Please visit Scotia iTRADE online and select Sign in, then select Need help signing in? From here, you can access usernames or reset passwords.

Alternatively, open the Scotia mobile banking app. On the Sign in page, select Forgot your username or password?
