Why did Scotiabank cancel my installment plan?

Your Scotia SelectPay™ Installment Plan could have been cancelled because:

  • You’ve missed paying (so we did not receive) at least 1 minimum monthly installment payment by the payment due date on your statement or have paid at least 1 installment payment late (we received the payment after the payment due date).
  • A change in account status (for example: your account has been closed).
  • Your account is currently overdue because we did not receive payment for any past due amount.
