If you’re not seeing your credit score, first check to see if you’re registered for the service:

1. From the profile menu, select Edit profile and settings
2. Select Manage credit score settings
3. Review the information and select Register

If you're registered for TransUnion and still can't view your score through our online banking service or mobile banking app, please call TransUnion at 1-844-580-9978.

TransUnion credit score is currently only available to our personal Scotiabank customers, not our small business or commercial customers.
