To view a user’s activity, log in to ScotiaConnect with the following link: https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:

• Users
• User group
• Company

1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
2. Select the user you want to view. You will find the activities performed by the user under the Activity Log tab.
