If you don’t recognize the merchant or you’ve given your personal or financial information to someone other than Scotiabank, call 1-866-267-4670 as soon as possible.

If your card is lost or stolen, you can lock it temporarily in the app to prevent unauthorized purchases. From the app’s home screen, select your account, then select Manage, then Lock or unlock card.
