What features have been recently added to the new online banking experience?
Transaction history enhancements
A new and improved transactions history view is available on the Account details page for all chequing, savings, credit card, and line of credit accounts. Enhancements include:
- Running balance (the account’s balance after each individual transaction)
- Custom filters to access specific segments of your transaction history, including dates, amounts, and ranges
- Print a PDF of currently displayed history
- Export currently displayed transaction history to an Excel or CSV file
- Cheque images from processed cheque withdrawals
Enhanced search
Select the magnifying glass on any page and find a helpful search bar that will locate shortcuts and features you need quickly.
Inbox
Found in the drop-down menu, Inbox is your communication hub for any messages we send you. This page also allows you to access InfoAlerts we send about your accounts.
Documents
Located in the drop-down menu, Documents allows you to search for and download statements. Search by account and year to easily locate the information you need. Coming soon in documents: insurance and tax statements, plus notices.
