If your current card is about to expire, in most cases we’ll automatically send you a new one in the mail. New cards usually arrive about two to four weeks before your card expires.

If you haven’t received your new card two weeks before the expiry date, call the phone number on the back of your credit card or statement to find out if a new one is in the mail.

We’ll send your physical card to the last address we have on file for you. If you recently moved, make sure to update your mailing address so your card gets sent to the right place.
