What are the various file statuses that appear on the platform once uploaded to ScotiaConnect?
The Bulk home page has the following statuses for the file:
UPLOADED: This status indicates that the file has been successfully sent for processing to downstream systems.
ACCEPTED: This status indicates that the file has been successfully uploaded and the payment was successful.
PARTIAL: This is the status of the file when it has been successfully uploaded, but not all payments are valid. To view the status of invalid payments, it is necessary to review the RDV file generated by the system once the document has been uploaded.
TO BE COMPLETED: This is the status of the file when it has been successfully uploaded in step 1 and the user has not completed the file upload in step 2 (the user has not clicked the "Completar carga de archivo" (Complete File Upload) button).
FAILED: This is the status of the file when the upload failed in step 1 due to some problem in the file or some system problem.
UPLOADING: This is the status of the file when the user has left the flow on the progress bar page of step 1 and the file upload is still in progress.
EXPIRED: This is the status of the file when the file has not finished uploading or has not been completed, at the end of the day it will be changed to expired status.
