The ScotiaConnect platform is locked. What can I do?

Contact any admin user on your company's platform to initiate the password reset process. During this process, you will be given a secret word and a reference number that will be required when you select the "Regístrese ahora" (Register Now) option.

If you are the only admin user and need to remember your password, please contact our customer line.
