What does it mean when my Scotia SelectPay Installment Plan is “processing request” or “processing cancellation”?
Processing request means that you have accepted the terms of an installment plan, requested an eligible purchase to be converted to an installment plan, and we are processing that enrollment request.
Processing cancellation means you have requested that we cancel an existing installment plan and we are processing that cancellation request.
It can take up to 1 to 3 business days for us to complete the processing of your request for enrollment or cancellation of an installment plan.
When are my monthly Scotia SelectPay installment payments due?
