Although each account holder/borrower on the account is automatically enrolled into Balance Alerts, each can individually opt out, opt back in, and modify preferences, including the notification amount for Balance Alerts, independent of the other account holders/borrowers, through Scotia OnLine or the Scotia mobile app.
