Please visit Scotia iTRADE online or the Scotia iTRADE mobile app and, on the sign-in screen, select Need help signing in? From there, you can access your username or reset your password.
You can also open the Scotia mobile app, select Forgot your username or password? on the sign-in screen, and follow the steps to reset.
